The Food Hub is based at Purley United Reformed Church in Brighton Road, Purley – for details of our opening days/times and how to get to us, please click here. Please always be sure to bring with you the red ticket you are given by the agency referring you to us.

Whenever you come to the Food Hub, we will aim to make your visit as smooth and easy as possible. We will welcome you warmly at the door and introduce you to one of our friendly welcomers who will ask you just a few simple questions over a cuppa to make sure we give you the right food to meet you and your family’s needs.

Then while your food parcel is being put together by our packing team, we will offer to signpost you to other services which may be able to help you – for example, Purley Cross Centre or Growbaby – and to arrange for you to see our welfare rights adviser if you would like to.

The whole visit should take no more than 30-40 minutes. If you have any concerns during the time you are with us, speak to the session co-ordinator who will sort them out for you on the spot.
